Features

Maximum people absent by department

On a per department basis, the admin user(s) can now configure the maximum people who can be absent at the same time.

Maximum time absent by department

On a per department basis, the admin user(s) can now configure the maximum consecutive leave people can book.

Ability to add and edit leave types

Previously it was only possible to only modify colour, deductible and approval required on leave types. Now the admin user(s) will have the ability to add custom leave types as well as change the name of the system generated leave types.

Enhancements

  • Leave type shows when you hover over it on wallchart and calendar pages
  • Approval request email now contains more information about the user and their booking
  • Cancelled request email now contains more information about the user and their booking
  • Current day of the month is shown on the wallchart page
  • Booing date picker changed so that Monday is the first day of the week

Bugfixes

  • The deactivation functionality is not enabled if there are more than one user within the Role/Office/Department
  • When the invitation code was invalid, no error was presented to the user, the user will now see a message stating the code is invalid
  • When opening / closing / re-opening change password box, in some cases it would retain what was previously entered, this is now cleared
  • Load more users button on the Wallchart, the button visible even when there were no additional users, the button will no longer show in this scenario
  • Admin > Billing page didn’t show the correct user number next to the estimated cost
  • Admin > Users page will no longer show the invite user button if the user has already signed up successfully
  • ‘Cancelled request’ email is no longer sent if it’s your own account cancelling the leave
