Downloadable reports
Admin and approver reports can now be downloaded to CSV file, supporting a wider range of filtering and importing into other 3rd party tools e.g. Payroll systems.
Email enhancements
Users will now have the ability to reply to the email to the requester or the approver for various booking/approval/rejection and cancellation scenarios. This enables direct communication easily for further clarity around bookings.
Bulk upload – Improved validation
Validation of bulk upload of users now has a lot more data, making it much easier to understand what the issue is which is preventing the upload and creation of users within the bulk upload tool.
